Where can I find the Suport Number?

The Support number can be found on the front side of your Spanish ID Card, on the bottom left corner. The code contains 3 leters followed by 6 numbers.
If the ID used is a NIE, the code starts with the character E, followed by 8 numbers.

The data controller is the rural accommodation owner, who will collect guest information and transmit it to the Police authorities in accordance with current legislation.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Guest personal data will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- Legal obligation compliance for data communication to the Police authorities, in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021.
- Management of guest-accommodation relationship (registration, check-in, check-out, billing, etc.).
- Ensuring security and control in matters of public safety.
3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Personal data processing is carried out on the following legal basis:
- Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) derived from Royal Decree 933/2021, which requires tourist accommodations to register guest information and communicate it to authorities.
Guest consent is not necessary, as information registration is a legal requirement.
4. PROCESSED DATA
- Identification data: Name, surnames, ID/NIE/passport.
- Contact details: Address, phone, email.
- Stay-related data: Check-in and check-out date, arrival and departure time.
- Other data required by current police regulations.
5. DATA RETENTION
Provided personal data will be kept for a maximum of 48 hours after guest check-in, at which point it will be communicated to the rural accommodation or hotel owner, who will be responsible for its transmission to the Police authorities. Subsequently, the data will be automatically deleted.
6. DATA RECIPIENTS
- The rural accommodation or hotel owner, who will be responsible for its transmission to the Police authorities, in accordance with the legal requirement established by Royal Decree 933/2021.
- No other third party will have access to this data. No international data transfers are made.
7. SECURITY MEASURES
- Data encryption during transmission (SSL/TLS).
- Secure server infrastructure.
- Restricted access control only to accommodation management.
- Automatic data deletion after the established period.
8. GUEST RIGHTS
Guests have the right to:
- Access their personal data.
- Rectify incorrect or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of data, in legally provided cases.
- Object to its processing, under certain circumstances.
- Request limitation of data processing.
- Request data portability, where applicable.
